Welcome to Future. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Future app. By using Future, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Future. By using the app you confirm you are an adult and that the information you provide is truthful.
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information, including your gender, which is required and used to match you with the opposite gender.
Future is a slow-dating app: you're shown one opposite-gender match at a time. If both of you accept, you can chat. If a match isn't mutually accepted, or after you pass or end a chat, there's a short cooldown before your next match. We do not guarantee any particular match, outcome, or relationship.
You agree not to:
Photos you upload are automatically screened by AI for nudity and explicit content and may be rejected. We may also remove content or accounts that violate these Terms. You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to store and display them within the app to operate the service.
You can report or block other users. Accounts reported or blocked by enough distinct users, or that violate these Terms, may be permanently banned without notice. Your safety is your responsibility — always meet new people cautiously and in public. Future does not conduct background checks on users.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Future is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI features (matching, suggestions, moderation) may not be perfectly accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any user or for damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
