These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Future, a dating app published by Siddharth Nishad in India. You accept them when you join, by ticking the boxes and tapping "I agree" in the app. Our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines are part of these Terms.
You can sign in with Google, Apple, or your email address. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, so keep your login safe. Your gender is required, because Future matches people with the opposite gender.
Future is a slow-dating app. Aria, our AI matchmaker, gets to know you through a short chat. You are shown up to two matches a day, one at a time, with 12 hours to decide. If you both say yes, a chat opens. After a pass or an ended chat there is a cooldown before your next match. Future opens city by city, once enough women and men have joined. We do not guarantee any match, date, or relationship.
Every member agrees to our Community Guidelines.
Future has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. If you break these rules we will remove your content and may permanently ban your account without warning. Serious cases are reported to the police.
You must not post, send, or share anything that:
You must also not use bots, scrape data, or try to get into Future in ways we have not allowed.
Every photo you upload is checked by AI for nudity and explicit content before it can appear, and may be rejected. We may remove any content or account that breaks these Terms. You keep ownership of what you upload, and give us a limited licence to store it and show it inside Future so we can run the service. AI features, including matching, suggestions, and moderation, may not always be accurate.
You can report or block anyone from inside the app. We review every report and act on it, and remove reported content that breaks these Terms. Accounts that break the rules, or that many different people report or block, may be permanently banned.
Future does not run background checks on users. Take care when meeting someone new: meet in a public place, tell a friend, and never send money or share OTPs. We are not responsible for how any user behaves, on or off the app.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. A complaint about content showing nudity, a sexual act, or someone impersonating you is acted on within 24 hours.
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings too.
Future is free to use. Some extras cost money:
Payment is taken by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and it stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Paid features give you more introductions, more of Aria's picks, or deeper Stars readings. They never guarantee a match, a reply, or any outcome, and Stars readings are for reflection, not advice.
Future is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law of India allows, we are not liable for the conduct of any user or for damage arising from your use of Future.
If we make an important change to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Community Guidelines, we will ask you to accept the new version in the app before you continue. We also remind every member of these rules at least once a year.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
